This area of Cape Town includes Noordhoek, Kommetjie, Scarborough, Simon’s Town, Fish Hoek, St James, Muizenberg, Tokai, Constantia, Newlands, Claremont, Rondebosch, Wynberg, Rosebank, Pinelands, Langa, Mowbray and Observatory. All situated in the Western Cape province of South Africa.
An area of great natural beauty, mountains and beaches. One side faces the colder Atlantic Ocean but the strip on the Easterly side of False Bay is warmed by the Agulhas Current. Along with a wide choice of safe bathing spots, it is ideal for swimming and surfing.
The South of Cape Town is home to the University of Cape Town. Set mid-way between the city centre and Constantia, the Southern Suburbs are centrally positioned making it easy to reach most other areas of interest.
