Luxury Self-Catering Beach House Holiday Rental in Scottburgh
The beach house is the true jewel of the property with its iconic turquoise roof, offering the most lavish of seaside holiday experiences.
The Luxury Beach House is situated directly on the beachfront and sleeps 10 guests. A minimum three night stay is required for all bookings.
- Bedroom 1 is furnished with cupboards, queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, and basin. Has direct access to a private balcony.
- Bedroom 2 has cupboards, double bed, king bed, office area, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. Has direct access to a private balcony.
- Bedroom 3 has double bed, queen bed, table and chairs, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin (this toilet also serves as a ‘guest’ bathroom). Has direct access to the beachfront lawn.
Every room has air-conditioning, access to broadband Wi-Fi, and large smart TVs.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including gas stove, and there is filtered water throughout the premises. The lounge is open-plan with aluminium glass sliding doors and there is a dedicated garage for a single medium sized car.
The house shares the same communal areas as the cottages, which includes a patio with a built-in braai/BBQ, an outdoor tiled shower, built-in railway sleeper benches with table tops, and a grass front lawn area facing the beach. The lawn includes three seating areas for guests to use, relax, enjoy meals or sundowners. There is a communal laundry on site with two washing machines and tumble dryer.
Linen and towels are provided, but guests are reminded to bring their own beach towels.
The house is pet friendly and strictly non-smoking.

Complementing the Luxury Beach House are two picturesque cottages. One is sea facing, the other garden facing. Both offer the same Tourism Council Grading SA 3-Star certification for amenities, comfort and facilities.
Each cottage is fully furnished and equipped with free broadband Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and the full DSTV bouquet.
Each open-plan kitchen features granite tops and is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, electric oven and gas stove.
Linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Each cottage has its own undercover parking area, and guests may also park adjacent to the cottages.

Accessible
All accomodation is handicap friendly with additions in each bathroom for assistance. However, only the cottages are also wheelchair accessible (including bathrooms).

Covered parking is provided for all guests. Additional garden parking is also available on the property for guest with more than one car.
